RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.To initiate this process, you must send us an email to explain your reason for returning the item. If accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
A full refund will be sent to your nominated account upon receipt of the returning item.
SHIPPING INFO
A graduating shipping rate will be applied to all domestic orders based on weight and destination. A minimum rate of $15.00 will be applied. For all bulk orders, please send us an email to establish an appropriate shipping fee.
